The biggest challenge for the new online store was to present the variety of products - from furniture to accessories - in a modern and easy-to-use design. The target group are design-savvy customers with high demands on quality and aesthetics. The old system could barely cope with the mobile traffic and the growing product catalog. In addition, there was the requirement to migrate the products cleanly from Lightspeed to Shopify. The store also needed to integrate a new point-of-sale (POS) system to synchronize online and offline stock.
