Bartmann Berlin - Migration from WooCommerce & product configuration

Bartmann Berlin was facing several challenges that affected the online presence and user experience: extremely slow loading times, a confusing product presentation and a cumbersome backend made it difficult for both customers and the team to use the website. The design was not representative, and the question arose as to whether store products and services such as store fitting and custom-made kitchens should be integrated into a store system or a content management system. In addition, a cost-efficient solution had to be found due to the limited budget.

Bartmann Berlin opted for Shopify to combine store and CMS functions in one system. By adapting an existing theme with the support of our partner agency HenkelHiedl, a modern design was created that presents the brand in the best possible way. A flexible product configurator allows customers to easily combine accessories and view different product variants. In addition, dynamic landing pages for project services and references were created so that customers can find both detailed product information and inspiring project examples.

Online store sales have grown by more than 100%. Bartmann Berlin can now present its potential independently and flexibly. Customers can find comprehensive information and high-quality products in an appealing layout without long loading times. Thanks to the fast implementation with Shopify, the project budget remained within budget. Bartmann now has a powerful platform that highlights products and projects alike and significantly improves the user experience for both team and customers.
