The biggest challenge for the new online shop was to present the variety of products - from furniture to accessories - in a modern and easy-to-use design. The target group are design-savvy customers with high demands on quality and aesthetics. The old system could barely cope with the mobile traffic and the growing product catalogue. In addition, there was the requirement to migrate the products cleanly from Lightspeed to Shopify. The shop also needed to integrate a new point-of-sale (POS) system to synchronise online and offline stock.
