Bartmann Berlin was facing several challenges that affected the online presence and user experience: extremely slow loading times, a confusing product presentation and a cumbersome backend made it difficult for both customers and the team to use the website. The design was not representative, and the question arose as to whether shop products and services such as shop fitting and customised kitchens should be integrated into a shop system or a content management system. In addition, a cost-efficient solution had to be found due to the limited budget.
