Collonil - Specialist retailer portal<\/h1><\/div><\/div>

Collonil stands for innovation and technological leadership in the textile and shoe care sector. An active sales network and well-lubricated supply chains play a decisive role in competition, especially for fast-moving products. Following the successful relaunch of the Consumer shops from Collonil<\/a> (www.collonil.com<\/a>) and a Special interest shop for sneaker care<\/a> (www.carbonlab.de<\/a>), Kombinat was commissioned to develop the portal for the specialised trade and sales force<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>View details<\/a> <\/section>\n<\/div>\n\n

The challenge<\/h2>

The task was to provide both the retail trade and Collonil's sales force with a tool that simplifies orders, makes budgets and product quotas plannable and at the same time fulfils the individual requirements of specialist retailers. And with the same high standards of UX and usability that users are used to in the B2C sector. The aim was to create a central touchpoint for Collonil sales representatives.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The solution<\/h2>

Based on the B2B suite from Shopware\u00ae, a platform was developed for Collonil's specialist retailers to manage orders, invoices and conditions. This connected the B2B shop with the existing consumer shop and other brand stores, creating an integrated e-commerce system. Naturally with a seamless connection to ERP and CRM.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The benefit<\/h2>

The dashboard is optimised for use on tablets in stationary retail, simplifies the creation of individual order lists, enables user group-specific budget and quota planning and provides clear statistics.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The result<\/h2>

On the one hand, this makes retailers more autonomous and flexible when it comes to comparatively simple tasks such as repeat orders or complaints.
