The challenge with Qwell Express <\/h2>

This year, the new same-day delivery business model was to complement the already successful 24\/7 service. To this end, the existing Salescloud architecture was expanded and a completely new front end with a contemporary user experience was developed in order to stay ahead in the highly competitive F&B segment.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The solution for Qwell Express<\/h2>

Initially launched as a proof of concept, Kombinat worked closely with our Design partner Tukuna Studio<\/a> the user interface design for the comprehensive relaunch of the service as \u201cQwell Express\u201d from scratch - with a detailed revised user interface and a brand new look and feel.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

The benefits for Qwell Express<\/h2>

Among other things, the focus was on the appealing presentation of the products, optimal usability of all features and a user experience in the F&B area that is particularly geared towards speed and is on a par with the competition. Great attention was paid to the localisation of users, which is essential for the presentation of the product range and the regionally organised delivery service.<\/p>\n

With the new bar created by Isobar (now Merkle<\/a>) phase 1 of Qwell Express, which was launched in June 22 after passing user acceptance tests, the new front end was also launched.<\/p>\n<\/div> <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n
