Together instead of alone: How regular dialogue strengthens online shop operators.

Online shop operators need a high degree of flexibility, innovative strength and strategic thinking. However, many managing directors I meet as new customers feel they have to overcome these challenges alone.

In addition to specific questions about online shop projects, deeper entrepreneurial topics also come up: Positioning, strategy, team building - and the balance between work and private life.

Many people deal with all of this themselves. I am convinced that without exchange and inspiration in these areas, the unresolved stress can lead to dissatisfaction, failure and, in the worst case, burnout.

Many say they have no time for additional dialogue - even more demands that are stressful. Constant self-optimisation? You can't hear it any more.

I know that too. But I can say from experience: I have been regularly and very openly exchanging ideas with other entrepreneurs and agency owners for over 6 years.

As a result, I continually gain a valuable external perspective. I benefit from the experiences of others and can help others with my insights.

These are my most valuable insights for everyday business life from this time:

→ The most powerful question: „How do I want it?“: Clarity about this is the strongest pulling force. And guarantees satisfaction if the course is constantly moving in this direction.

→ Difference between specialist - manager - entrepreneur: Observe in which role you do what and try to steadily increase your entrepreneurial time by handing over specialist and manager tasks.

→ Openness beats competition: even within your own industry, you can only win. Every company works a little differently. But the more similar you are, the better you will be understood when it comes to professional challenges.

→ The company is the image of the entrepreneur: take responsibility and look after yourself. Don't complain, but change unfavourable circumstances. That's what entrepreneurs are for!

→ And of course, your environment determines your success: meet up regularly with other entrepreneurs. Discuss openly and honestly what is really bothering you and what your current bottleneck is.

How do you deal with it? Do you have regular dialogue or are you a lone fighter?

What helps you to move your business forward and keep your energy levels high? I look forward to hearing about your experiences.
